About Me
Hi, I'm Erin.
I help women build strong, confident bodies without starving themselves or living on cardio.
A few years ago, I was stuck in the same cycle so many women experience. Eating as little as possible, chasing a smaller number on the scale, and never feeling truly confident in my body.
When I started lifting and learning how to properly fuel my body, everything changed.
Instead of shrinking myself, I started building.
Over time I gained 30 pounds of muscle, strength, and confidence. This journey completely transformed my relationship with food and training.
Now I coach women who want to stop guessing and finally learn how to:

- Fuel their bodies properly
- Build muscle and confidence
